That means telling you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear. If a price is unrealistic, I'll say so. If a home has more problems than it shows, you'll know. If a deal isn't in your favor, I'll tell you before you sign. Those conversations can be uncomfortable. I have them anyway.

For buyers, I'll stay within the budget you set. For sellers, I won't sugarcoat your property or the market. What I want, at the end of all of it, is for you to walk away feeling genuinely heard — and certain that someone was working for you, not just working toward a commision.
